My son purchased one of these from his Chiropractor and I used it many times, but he took it with him to school this fall so I had to buy one for ourselves. This has come in handy on many occasions after working on the farm all day. The bag stays cold and easily conforms to the body that needs attention. On the rare occasions, I heat it up and use it as a heating pad. Love it.

On a trip a friend bought his body ice. It worked great as I just had a knee replacement a couple month ago. I ordered the two different sizes. Much easier than the ice cooler I'd been using.

Worked on both knees at once. Also, the none freeze characteristics turn out to be quite helpful - more contact = more heat transfer.
