Returns Policy

Unused Items returned within 30 days of your receipt are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless the product has a manufacturing defect. The contents of the box must be in its original sealed packaging and in resalable condition. The exceptions are packages with visible damage and exchanges (see below):

Packages with visible damage:
Refuse any shipment with signs of visible damage. Send an email to sales@orthoco.com or call 856-795-6900 with your order number to notify us that the shipment was refused. We will arrange delivery of a replacement upon contacting the shipping company. Note: Shipments refused without signs of visible damage will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Unclaimed or Refused Parcels:
Please be advised that Orthoco will not be responsible for unclaimed or refused parcels, domestic and international, whereby the shipping company made frequent attempts (varies by shipper) to deliver an order however, either no one was available (regardless of whether the destination is a home or business) to claim the parcel or the parcel was refused for any reason (exception: visible damage, see above). If the parcel is returned to Orthoco, the customer shall be liable for all inbound and outbound shipping costs including any additional cost to re-ship the order. 

Exchanges:
Personal-use items are NOT exchangeable if the package seal has been broken. If an item is the wrong size or color please send an email to sales@orthoco.com with your order number so that we may arrange an exchange. You will need to ship the product back to us, at your expense, in order to receive a replacement.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

U.S. orders for in-stock items are typically shipped within two business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). This is important to consider when choosing next day or 2nd day delivery - the day the order is placed and/or shipped does Not count. International orders may be delayed an additional day due to time zones and PayPal payment verification.

The following are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed (in-stock orders are shipped from Pennsylvania):

U.S. Priority Mail: 2-3 business days (domestic U.S.) Note: The USPS does not guarantee delivery times with Priority Mail. They may indicate 1, 2, or 3 days though this is only an estimate.
UPS/Fedex Ground: 1 to 7 business days depending on delivery zone (domestic U.S.).
UPS/Fedex Next Day Air: Next Business day (Example: a Friday shipment should arrive the following Monday).
UPS/Fedex 2nd Day Air: 2nd Business day.
U.S. Priority Mail International: Averages 7-14 business days but time will vary with destination.

Note: Shipping charges are Non-refundable. Orthoco will not be responsible for incorrect delivery addresses.
