While visiting my son after my knee replacement he introduced me to Body Ice cold packs. Body Ice molded soft around my leg and knee. Best cold pack out their. After looking in several stores with no success I found online at ortho and ordered 3, Two for myself and One for my son.

A absolutely love this icepack. I had the smaller version for when my shoulder was repaired but now I have this one and it can do any joint. It lasts a long time and it is extremely effective at cooling you down.

Nice size to cover your hips and shoulders The gel is super soft and does not get hard when freezing.

Love this ice pack. Very easy to re frig, wrap in a towel and use three to four times daily.
