Recommended by physical therapist for a knee cap alignment issue fir use with Leukotape. So far they are working well together.

5 Toe Taping/hammer toe/ torn plate

Excellen stays where you put it. Super strength. Wish I had found it earlier . I have taped for 3 years with anything and everyhing available. Even duct tape. Any ortodics professional. Failed surgery left foot, hammer toe, torn plantar plate on left foot Issues now will require surgery on both feet.
