Rehab Pulley System. The buckle strap typically fits over the top of the door when it is closed. This system is typically used to help patients increase range of motion to an injured shoulder or to strengthen shoulders. The wooden handles are easy to adjust by simply knotting the end of the rope (on each side) to the desired length. Light-weight and packs easily for travel.
